Following the theme of the conference, Earnestly Contend for the Faith Once Delivered to the Saints, Gary King of ATM Ministries shares a message on the nature of faith.
We all need to understand faith better. In this message Steve shares several key principles about faith and points out what faith is and isn't. He explains that "faith is NOT believing IN God. Faith is BELIEVING God. As we are told in the book of Romans, "Abraham BELIEVED God and it was counted to him for righteousness." You will be encouraged to walk in a deeper realm of faith by learning to listen to what God has to say.

"Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh: "For God has made me forget all my toil and all my father's house." And the name of the second he called Ephraim: "For God has caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction."
Using an analogy from the movie Mission Impossible,Robert reminds the church that the great commission is "Mission Possible," and encourages us to "choose to accept the mission."
In a timely message Steve reminds us that the course of our life is often set by our tongue. We all get caught up in grumbling and complaining - about our circumstances, people, church and even God. The Bible adminishes us to "Offer the Sacrifice of Praise to God continually by Jesus Christ."
Steve shares some insights into the Lord's Prayer. Jesus taught his disciples to pray, but far from giving them a little prayer to repeat, Jesus gave them a pattern of prayer. He shared the elements of effective prayer. Jesus set the stage for prayer by reminding us of our relationship with God as our Father, who stands outside of time and space. He goes on to share several other keys.
